**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, patchwork, and brickwork.
* Conduct repairs and renovations in social housing properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to address issues efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a Multi Tradesperson, ideally within the social housing sector.
* Strong skills in plastering, painting, patchwork, and brickwork.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
