We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a multi-skilled tradesperson. This role involves working on various projects, including plastering, painting and decorating, plumbing, and UPVC repair.


About the Role:

  • This is a temp to perm position offering the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency in the built environment sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing, city & guilds / NVQ in primary trade, and a valid driving license.
  • As a multi-skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks such as patch plastering, small paint jobs, tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs.
  • You will also be required to repair windows and door locks.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. To carry out tasks assigned by the line manager in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. To ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets the client's expectations.
  4. To maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  5. To communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
