We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a multi skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines.


Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines ranging from routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties and other Council owned premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.


Requirements:

• Plumbing and/or jetting
• Carpentry and/or joinery
• Wet Trades - Plastering, Tiling, Paving, Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating
• Roofing
• Floorlaying
• Glazing


Working Hours:

36 hours per week
08:00am – 16:30pm working hours
