About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Matron or Senior Clinical Trial Practitioner to join our team at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute. As a Clinical Research Facility Matron, you will oversee the management of the clinical research team and work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the clinical research team to deliver high-quality research and care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve research delivery and team performance
  • Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Services to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality research and care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures
