Exciting Opportunity for a Research Matron

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Matron to join our team at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of exceptional care and research to patients.

The successful candidate will have a background in leadership within clinical trials, chemotherapy, or a drug development setting. You will oversee the management of the clinical research team and be responsible for ensuring that research is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the clinical research team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve research delivery and quality
  • Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Services to ensure seamless integration with clinical services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and research governance
