We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client's UK & Northern European sales team as a Regional Sales Director/Country Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise B2B software sales, proven leadership skills, and expertise in various sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-8 Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the UK & Northern EMEA region.
  3. Utilize sales methodologies to drive the sales process and close complex enterprise deals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise B2B software sales.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Expertise in sales methodologies.
  5. Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including PLM, PIM, ERP or Supply Chain space.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
