Job Summary:

As a seasoned Construction Manager, you will oversee the activities of a Scaffolding Contractor on a high-profile Hyperscale Data Centre project in West London. Your focus will be on maintaining high safety standards, efficient workflow, and adherence to project timelines. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure seamless communication between the scaffolding team and other site operations, and monitor progress and quality of work. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conduct regular inspections and audits, and maintain accurate records of work performed. You will also liaise closely with the client, providing regular updates on scaffolding activities and contributing to overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily activities and ensure seamless communication between the scaffolding team and other site operations.
* Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including progress reports, safety documentation, and resource management.
* Liaise closely with the client, providing regular updates on scaffolding activities and contributing to overall project success.
