New Homes Sales Professional

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in the North East Midlands region. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for proactively selling new homes, tracking and responding to leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively sell new homes via follow-up leads and booking viewing appointments
Track and respond to all leads and enquiries
Show potential clients around properties
Control the sales process and liaise with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
Negotiate and secure sales
Ensure potential buyers are financially qualified
Update internal CRM systems
Requirements:
Target-driven individual
Previous experience of selling new homes
Able to self-motivate and work independently
Full clean driving license and use of own car
Well-presented at all times
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer:
A competitive package, up to £28,000 basic with an OTE of £60,000 + Bonus and company benefits.
