EICA Engineer Manager

The EICA Engineer Manager role is a critical position within our Innovation, Design & Solutions department in Southampton. We require a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead electrical design projects across various UK Water Industry frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement electrical design strategies to meet project requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure design deliverables meet project expectations.
- Manage electrical design budgets and resource allocation.
- Provide technical support to junior design staff and lead by example.
- BTEC/HNC/HND/BEng qualification in EICA Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of managing electrical design projects within the Water Industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A competitive salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum.
