About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Administrator to join our dynamic team at Gallagher, a leading provider of international insurance solutions. With over 70 years of experience, we specialise in offering comprehensive insurance products tailored to meet the unique needs of expatriates, international organisations, and global businesses. As an Insurance Policy Administrator, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound call enquiries from existing policyholders regarding car insurance and direct debit finance plans. Your responsibilities will also include processing policy changes and updates to monthly payment plans, providing administrative support through our diary system, and validating motor insurance policies by verifying motor insurance documents. In addition, you will maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing policyholders regarding car insurance and direct debit finance plans
• Process policy changes and updates to monthly payment plans
• Provide administrative support through the diary system, including chasing documents required from policyholders
• Validate motor insurance policies by verifying motor insurance documents
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of motor insurance policies and procedures. You will also require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organisational and time management skills. Additionally, you must be able to work efficiently under pressure and handle a high volume of enquiries. You will also need to be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance, and customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. About the Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a wide range of benefits, including a minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days. We also offer a defined contribution pension scheme, life insurance, income protection, and health cash plan or private medical insurance.
