Clerical Services Coordinator

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to support the operations of Goldenhill Primary School. As part of this role, you will deliver a comprehensive clerical and administration service, ensuring the smooth running of the school office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate records, using computerised systems to store and update information.
- Respond to enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including photo-copying, filing, and document preparation.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, pro-rata to hours worked, as well as a range of benefits, including:
- Minimum 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 35 days.
- 8 fixed public holidays.
