Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clerical Assistant to provide administrative support to our Health and Social Care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing flexible and efficient administrative support, ensuring that frontline services and business support are provided during office hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Health and Social Care services
  • Ensure that data held on electronic systems is accurate and up-to-date
  • Deal with phone enquiries from members of the public and colleagues
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Take minutes and maintain spreadsheets

Requirements

  • SVQ Level 2 / HNC in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience of administrative support in a busy office environment
  • Good keyboard skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
