We are seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customers in the Swansea area who are without a TV licence. Your primary goal is to educate them about the legislation behind the TV licence and help them understand how to obtain one.

Job Description:
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to properties where no TV licence is registered.
  • Explain the importance of obtaining a TV licence and provide information on payment plans.

Our salary package includes a competitive annual salary of £30,000, a company car or £3700 annual car allowance, mileage allowance, flexible working hours, and 23 days' holiday (rising to 28) with the opportunity to buy extra leave. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and more.

You will receive comprehensive training, including four weeks of virtual classroom training and one-on-one training with experienced trainers. This will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
