Support Specialist with Enhanced Care Experience

Community Lives Consortium is a Registered Charity and Domiciliary Care Agency committed to empowering individuals with learning or physical disabilities to live their lives independently within their communities in Swansea, Neath, and Port Talbot.
We are seeking a Support Specialist with Enhanced Care Experience to provide high-quality support to our service users. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the independence and well-being of vulnerable adults in our care.
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £24,088.68 per annum (pro rata for part-time employees) and includes a comprehensive training program to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver exceptional care and support services to our service users.
The successful candidate will have:
- a full current driving license that allows them to drive legally in the UK;
- Business Class 1 vehicle insurance;
- satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service;
- a pre-employment health declaration; proof of right to work in the UK, full employment history, and references.

As a Support Specialist with Enhanced Care Experience, you will be required to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays, and sleep-in duties.
