Growth Strategist

At Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), we're seeking a talented Growth Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Growth Team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through innovative strategies and exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead the new business process, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and drive growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support business growth efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and creative trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent ITG at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote business growth and expansion.
- Demonstrable experience in selling photography and videography services with a reputable studio.
- Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK.
- Significant experience in new business or a similar growth role within the photography, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
- Significant experience working with large-scale consumer brands.
- Experience working with clients as long-term partners, as opposed to project or short-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.
