Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Lead to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our Enterprise Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Client Acquisition: Lead the proposal and new business process for all new business opportunities, operating as the senior and main point of contact and key expert.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support business development efforts and drive growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with wider teams, including marketing and client services, to support with identifying new growth opportunities and delivering high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience of selling photography and videography services with a reputable studio, significant experience in new business or a similar growth role within the photography, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK, demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
