Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Lead to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our Enterprise Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and client services, to support business development efforts.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the photography, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
