We are Wm. Stephen (Bakers) Ltd., a family-run business with over 150 years of experience in baking. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Trainee Office Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

This entry-level role involves providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, answering phone calls, and performing general office duties. The successful candidate will learn how to become an essential part of our administrative team, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry to help manage our bakery production schedules
  • Support our team by answering phone calls, photocopying, laminating, printing, and other general administrative duties

The role involves working 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday either 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00, plus one Saturday every four weeks from 09:00 to 12:00 noon.

Requirements

To be successful in this entry-level role, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and embark on their career in an office environment. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be organised and able to confidently handle basic office tasks with enthusiasm, and be comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
