Trainee Office Administrator Position
The Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team at Wm. Stephen (Bakers) Ltd., our Head Office in Rosyth. As our Trainee Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our dynamic team by performing various tasks such as data entry, answering phone calls, photocopying, laminating, printing, and other general administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and embark on their career in an office environment, friendly and approachable with good communication skills, organised and able to confidently handle basic office tasks, comfortable using a computer and learning new software, a team player who is also capable of working independently, and possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
Job Responsibilities:
This is an entry-level position that requires minimal experience, offering a great opportunity for someone to kickstart their admin career. You will have the chance to work in a fun and supportive office environment, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with data entry to help manage our bakery production schedules and supporting our team with general administrative tasks.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £320 (under 18), £409 (under 21) to £425 (over 21) per week, along with free lunch, discounts on our products, retail discounts, wellbeing support, special gifts, and a staff referral bonus.
