">- We offer competitive salaries with an estimated annual salary of £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, independent accountancy firm based in Dunfermline, where you will have the chance to work with a variety of clients across different sectors.
- Manage assets, including realisation of book debts, property, and cash at bank
- Deal with creditor claims and queries
- Liaise with banks to obtain bank balances and statements
- Assist in preparing initial employee letters and ascertaining employee claims
- Respond to stakeholder queries
In order to succeed in this role, you will need strong organisation and administration skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative to meet tight deadlines. You must also be committed to delivering first-class service to clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a professional office environment in a similar role
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software such as MS Office and document management systems
- Ability to work part-time hours (if applicable)
