Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Managing Director to lead Borderless Payroll's growth and operations, driving the company from startup to scale-up and establishing a more dominant position in the UK market and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
The Managing Director will be accountable for the performance of the company, leading with a strategic mindset and focusing on operational efficiency and expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Strategy Development: Shape and execute the company's long-term strategy, with a focus on UK growth and international expansion.
  • Operational Oversight & Growth: Oversee operations across all locations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality in services.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure total compliance with UK employment law, financial regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience Overview
We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or senior executive in the payroll, recruitment, HR, or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of payroll management.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing businesses, meeting revenue targets, and expanding operations internationally.
