About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Manager to lead our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams (CRHTTs) in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of CRHTTs within your area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of CRHTTs, including staff supervision, performance management, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve service improvement and patient-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to front-line managers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in a relevant area of health or social care.
  • Postgraduate qualification or formal management training.
  • Significant management experience in a relevant area of health or social care, with a proven track record of success in managing change and development.
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary and multiagency working, with a strong understanding of Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear, written, statistical, and financial reports.
  • Able to travel and work from different bases, with a valid driver's license (unless exempt due to disability).
