Job Title: Operational Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams (CRHTTs) in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of CRHTTs within your area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services in Hertfordshire. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing CRHTTs within your area
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to improve service delivery
  • Collaborating with clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve service improvement
  • Managing change and development within the service
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant management experience in a relevant area of health or social care
  • Postgraduate qualification or formal management training
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of managing change and development within a service
