About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operational Manager to lead our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams (CRHTTs) in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of CRHTTs within your area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users and carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational aspects of CRHTTs, including staff supervision, performance management, and quality improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, multi-disciplinary teams, and other stakeholders to achieve service improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the Leadership Academy and contribute to the development of the Trust's strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in a relevant area of health or social care.
  • Postgraduate qualification or formal management training.
  • Significant management experience in a relevant area of health or social care.
  • Demonstrable success in managing change and development, quality improvement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
