About the Role

This full-time position involves managing a caseload of children and families, providing support and guidance to improve their lives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing a caseload within children's services and excellent communication skills, with a focus on ensuring children's participation in their care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of children and families, offering support and guidance to improve their lives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with children and young people to ensure their needs and voices are central to care plans.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in managing a caseload within children's services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on ensuring children's participation in their care.
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of partners and agencies.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
