The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children, young people, and families navigate life's challenges.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
  • • Managing a caseload of children and families, offering support and guidance to improve their lives
    • Conducting thorough assessments in line with legislation, policies, and procedures
    • Working with children and young people to ensure their needs and voices are central to care plans
    • Coordinating and commissioning services to provide tailored support for families
