Job Summary:

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site-Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MEP systems on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing technical support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all MEP systems on site, including electrical isolations and operations, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with our supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of M&E components and materials.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of MEP systems.
  • Provide technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
  • Participate in health and safety compliance activities, including hazard reporting and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building services environments.
  • Electrical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • FCU servicing and experience.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition).
  • Simmtronic lighting control system understanding and/or proficiency.
  • Emergency lighting testing, fault reporting, and fault-finding skills.
  • elogbooks CAFM system use and experience or similar system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
