Job Summary:

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site-Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MEP systems on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing technical support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all MEP systems on site, including electrical isolations and operations, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of M&E components for remedial and corrective works.
  • Take ownership of site operations, including plant rooms, to ensure they are maintained to the required show site standards.
  • Efficiently complete elogbooks PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are acknowledged and completed within SLA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building services environments.
  • Electrical engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • FCU servicing and experience.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition).
  • Simmtronic lighting control system understanding and/or proficiency.
  • Emergency lighting testing, fault reporting, and fault-finding skills.
  • elogbooks CAFM system use and experience or similar system.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficient use and understanding of email communication with colleagues and clients as required.
