Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

Position Overview:

  • Responsible for the operation and upkeep of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a primary emphasis on electrical engineering responsibilities.
  • Overseeing the quality of work performed by specialized contractors and suggesting enhancements where necessary.
  • Engaging in Health and Safety compliance initiatives and documenting relevant findings.
  • Coordinating with the supply chain for Mechanical and Electrical components.
  • Assuming responsibility for the site and upholding exemplary standards.
  • Timely execution of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks as recorded in elogbooks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building services environments.
  • Completion of an Electrical Engineering apprenticeship.
  • Expertise in Fan Coil Unit (FCU) servicing.
  • Possession of 18th Edition IEE certification or a higher qualification.
  • Proficient in emergency lighting testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with elogbooks and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in IT.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
