Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join our sales team as a sales development representative. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the tech sector and develop your skills in sales and business development.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the client's outbound new business sales effort by engaging decision-makers in target companies and qualifying each prospective lead. They will also contribute to segmentation of target prospects, research target companies and initiate outreach cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the client's outbound new business sales effort by engaging decision-makers in target companies and qualifying each prospective lead.
  • Contribute to segmentation of target prospects, research target companies and initiate outreach cadence.
  • Perform multi-channel outreach to target prospects through phone, email and social communication. Maintain a structured pipeline with a focus on reaching set KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Sales Teams to deliver qualified prospects and set sales opportunities up for success.
  • Contribute to identifying ways to streamline and improve the sales processes to serve customers better while achieving revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with high energy and a passion to succeed in your sales career.
  • Office, placement year or phone-based experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Be customer-oriented, a good listener and possess strong relationship-building skills.
  • Be highly organised and have a self-disciplined approach to personal time management.
  • Be a consistent team player while maintaining the ability to work independently to get the job done.
  • Able to understand cybersecurity concepts, trends, and SaaS platforms.
