Support Worker

At Accomplish, we are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in providing specialist care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
- Prompting service users to live a fulfilling life
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
- Assisting with personal care, depending on the service user
- Assisting with domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking
