SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students, promoting their well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN
• Collaborate with other SEN practitioners and staff members to develop and implement individualized learning plans
• Assist students with completing Learning Milestones and academic objectives
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Compassionate and positive mind-set
• Demonstrated interest in working with children or in Mental Health
