Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and dissemination of patient safety, risk, and patient experience strategies within the service.
  • Foster a culture amongst teams that ensures clinical quality, risk management, and patient experience remain top priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior operations managers to implement change projects and improve patient outcomes.
  • Work effectively with staff at all levels to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience.
  • Masters level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of further professional and personal development.
  • Business/Project Management qualification or equivalent experience (desirable).
  • Clinical qualification (desirable).
  • Demonstrable experience in project management in an acute care environment.
  • Ability to collate and analyze statistical and qualitative information.
  • Experience of implementing change projects.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
