Job Title: Quality, Compliance and Patient Safety Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality, Compliance and Patient Safety Analyst to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Trust's patient safety team within the Quality Governance department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting corporate teams with incident investigations and analysis of safety performance
  • Collation and presentation of safety data to drive improvements in patient care
  • Development and delivery of training relating to patient safety and compliance
  • Reviewing safety information to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Expertise in using Datix and other risk management databases

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Specialist systems or IT knowledge and expertise acquired through degree level or equivalent qualification/training/experience
  • Recent experience in the safety and quality governance environment with an emphasis on patient safety/clinical risk and compliance
