Job Summary

As a Learning and Development Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing external L&D supplier contracts against financial, delivery, and service criteria. This includes ensuring adherence to contract requirements, including financial, quality, and service delivery.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in Birmingham and involves working with suppliers to deliver all learning interventions against imperative, values, and behaviors. You will manage a portfolio of external L&D suppliers, ensure continuous improvement and delivery, and partner with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance with NH policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of external L&D suppliers, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management, building strong working partnerships.
  • Partner with C&P stakeholders and Category Managers to ensure contract compliance.
  • Budget management for all L&D activity.
  • Manage and oversee L&D suppliers on a regular basis.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working within an L&D environment, managing suppliers to contract work specifications, SLA's, and Quality Assurance criteria. You should have considerable supplier management experience, a strong understanding of service level standards and requirements, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
