The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team, bringing expertise and passion to drive our growth and success. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for providing strong expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements across motor and home claims and anti-fraud areas.

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience working within an FCA-regulated environment, ideally general insurance/broking/insurer compliance
  • Experience of leading teams to implement and manage compliance and control frameworks, including risk, control, assurance, and governance requirements
  • Confidence to engage with various stakeholders at all levels, influencing and driving change
Our Benefits
