As a Support Services Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving complex IT-related issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve complex IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
  • Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT-related problems either in-person or via remote support tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or other technical specialists.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • A passion for IT and willingness to learn and grow in the industry.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
