Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and person-centered support to individuals with various health needs, empowering them to live independently and thrive.
  • Assist in creating and implementing personalised care plans that address each individual's unique needs and goals.
  • Track and document clients' progress, providing feedback and adjustments to their care plans as needed.
  • Foster trusting and supportive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in mental health, social work, or a related field.
  • A genuine desire to help others and the ability to listen and understand clients' needs.
  • Strong emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
