Business Development Manager

Star People is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Women's Health to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving promotional and strategic sales to increase prescribing depth, as well as identifying areas for local market access and service optimization for our client's product.
Job Overview:
- Analyse and segment business opportunities to prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest return on investment.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve account goals and performance indicators.
- Ensure relevant decision-makers are clear on the clinical benefits of the product.
- Collaborate with the Sexual Reproductive Health Commissioner to drive national policy and implement local initiatives.
- Engage with and develop National/Regional Key Opinion Leaders.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strategic business planning and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable project management experience.
- Desirable knowledge of contraception and Women's Health.
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.
