Fenestration Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fenestration Business Development Manager to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a generous commission structure.
This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the fenestration trade market.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Marketing Team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring maximum return on investment from annual marketing spend.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new technologies and innovations in glazing systems.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles within the fenestration industry.
- Strong understanding of glazing system technical features and the UK Trade market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-driven and target-focused, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
