Fenestration Trade Sales Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Fenestration Trade Sales Manager to join our team at Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to work with a national fabricator who has an outstanding reputation and a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value, and competition.
  • Devise strategic sales plans to capitalise on opportunities, address weaknesses, and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a background within the Fenestration/window and door trade sector within the UK.
  • Have experience and understanding of glazing system technical features and UK Trade market.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Sales and target driven.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • High level of computer skills.

This role offers an excellent base salary, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous commission structure. Benefits include ongoing training and development opportunities.
