Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Fenestration Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic sales planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fenestration trade sector within the UK, with experience selling window and door products into the trade. This role offers an excellent base salary, with a generous commission structure, as well as ongoing training opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include researching current opportunity areas, devising strategic sales plans, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, introducing new products to existing customers, and exceeding KPI targets. You must have excellent planning and organisational skills, a sales and target-driven mindset, and a high level of computer literacy. With this role, you will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
