Your New Role

  • Lead the Accounting, Insight and Advisory (AIA) team, overseeing its performance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing budgeting, cost management, and billing services primarily under FRS 102 and FRS 105.
  • Support clients through possible secondments, providing finance function expertise.
  • Develop and coach team members, enhancing their skills and facilitating their professional growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and managing conflicting workloads for team members.
  • Project manage engagements, driving timelines, managing clients and teams, and ensuring the delivery of projects to clients.
  • Plan resources effectively, briefing team members to deliver projects in line with RSM's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting, tax, audit, advisory, and business services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage clients and teams effectively.
  • Ability to project manage engagements, driving timelines and ensuring the delivery of projects to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan resources effectively.
