Axion Moore is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their Central Leeds team. As a key member of the Senior Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in developing the management accounting and business partnering function.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Team to drive the management accounting and business partnering function.
- Work closely with the Group FC on month-end accounts routine, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal preparation and posting, management accounts production, and sales and margin reporting.
- Support purchase ledger activities, including checking invoice batches, reconciling accounts, liaising with suppliers, and preparing payment runs.
- Contribute to credit control activities with the Group FC.
- Verify credit card expenses.
- Post bank accounts and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Support year-end accounts and audit pack preparation.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
- Experience in a management accountant role or similar position with notable experience in preparing monthly accounts to strict deadlines.
- Desirable to have experience of preparing monthly accounts for multiple sites, units, or cost centers.
- Proven stakeholder management and/or business partnering skills across the wider business.
