Management Accountant Opportunity

Sharp Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our client's expanding accounts function in Leeds. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior finance leads with the production of management accounts, month-end management, and reporting to stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced management accountant to showcase their abilities and take full control of the efficiency and production of month-end accounts. You will work closely with senior finance and the wider team to achieve the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present timely monthly management accounts
  • Business partner with senior stakeholders, providing insightful commentary on business performance
  • Financial reporting and analysis, offering expert commentary
  • Assist the commercial team with forecasts and costing
  • Year-end audit preparation and assistance
  • Improve current systems and processes
  • Ad-hoc work

Preferably, you will have experience in producing management accounts and either part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA. This role offers great exposure and the chance to work within a growing market for a business that can offer fantastic progression opportunities.
