Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate insurance accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate insurance accounts, ensuring that clients' insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyse clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options to ensure optimal risk management.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers to ensure the best possible coverage and premiums for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide proactive solutions to clients.
- Process policy documentation, endorsements, and other client-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in account handling or broking within the insurance industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of General Commercial, Motor Fleet, and Haulage, as well as Property lines of business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a client-focused approach.
Benefits:
- Earn a base salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus quarterly paid bonuses.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days from home.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + holiday purchase.
