Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including supplier and utility payment reports, and ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Set up and manage supplier payments, including ad-hoc and weekly payments, and ensure relevant controls and approvals are in place.
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Review and process staff expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Onboard and de-board properties and tenants on the financial system and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Assist with monthly management reporting, budget preparation, and statutory account filings.
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with board meeting preparations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice entry, with correct VAT treatment, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve organisational goals.

Person Specification:

  • Hold a degree or AAT qualifications or similar, and be keen to progress onto ACCA/CIMA.
  • Have experience with assisting month-end reporting and operating within tight deadlines.
  • Have experience assisting with preparing financial reports and accounts payable.
