Job Title: ITIL Specialist

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ITIL Specialist to join our team at Telent. As a key member of our service design team, you will be responsible for applying ITIL best practices to create efficient, resilient, and customer-centric service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Service Transition plans for the delivery of new services into operations including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensure Operational Readiness for new or modified service offerings
  • Undertake Post-Implementation Review (PIR) of implemented services
  • Work closely with the Bid, Pre-sales, and Sales teams to ensure high quality proposals are submitted, and design high quality support solutions that are fully costed and deliver high value for the customer

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Service Design or Service Transition role
  • Significant experience in customer service capacity (i.e. Service Management/ Service Desk)
  • Able to obtain SC Clearance
  • Experience of working in an Agile project delivery framework
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word skills
  • Good understanding of the design concepts of System Thinking, Service Thinking, Design Thinking and Lean Thinking
