We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and development of Forseven’s IT infrastructure during an exciting period of growth. You will ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability to support our business goals and will be a focal point in leading IT Infrastructure strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and technical skills who can drive innovation and efficiency within the company.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and manage a team of specialist IT professionals to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions and services.

·      Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

·      Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the infrastructure team.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

·      Able to translate and appropriately communicate complex technical solutions to the required target audience

·      Help define and develop technical solutions in collaboration with SME’s and in keeping with the strategic and technical objectives of the wider IT function

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Ensure IT infrastructure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure to support current and future business needs.

·      Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered to time and budget.

·      Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions in keeping with wider Infrastructure architecture strategies.

·      Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure team

·      Implement and manage solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.

·      Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

·      Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure and data.

·      Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

Required

·      8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

·      Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups or the automotive industry.

·      Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

·      Understanding of cybersecurity best practices within Infrastructure areas

·      Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud computing.

·      Experience with infrastructure architecture and design in scale-out and scale-up environments.

Desireble

·      Experience in Microsoft Cloud solution deployment, operations and best practices

·      Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.

·      Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are an advantage.
