Job Description

In this exciting role, you will lead the orthopaedic theatre department team at Central Middlesex Hospital, ensuring the day-to-day operation reflects the highest standard of governance, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care.

You will be an experienced Senior Registered Theatre Nurse - Orthopaedic, using your advanced knowledge and experience to guide and support your team whilst actively being involved in the delivery of patient care. Your responsibilities will include leading the operational management of designated elective orthopaedic theatres, including budgetary awareness, clinical governance, and staff development and training.

You will be required to participate in the on-call rota for CMH Theatres and have a high level of organisational skill, demonstrable teaching and facilitation skill in practice development, and IT skill in using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel package.

The salary for this position is approximately £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, you will have access to excellent benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and career development opportunities.
